Terms of Use

1. These terms

They cover this site and every Blueprint Agriculture site and product. Using the site means you accept them. If you have an account, you accepted them when you signed up.

2. What you may do

Read these pages. Link to them. Quote a figure in your own work, with credit:

That is the whole price. No permission needed, no fee.

3. What needs written permission

• Copying our data in bulk, by any means
• Republishing, redistributing, or reselling it
• Using it to train a machine learning or artificial intelligence system
• Automated collection of any kind, including without limitation robots, spiders, scrapers, scripts, or any device, tool, or process built to data mine or extract content

Personal, non-commercial use does not include developing software, and it does not include training an AI system.

We license data. Write to zach@frontierranching.com and tell us what you want to do. The answer is usually yes.

4. What we own

USDA figures are public. Use them freely, from us or from USDA.

What we do to them is ours: cleanup and normalization, our crosswalks ($/AUM, $/pair/month), CCPI, our indices, the H3 hex layers, our forage and drought outputs, our written analysis, and the selection and arrangement of this data. That is original work under copyright and Blueprint Agriculture LLC owns it. Our names, logos, and product names are our trademarks.

5. Accounts, keys, and limits

Keep your credentials to yourself. Sharing an account or an API key ends both.

Rate limits apply to everyone. Evading them, by rotating addresses, spoofing user agents, or any other method, breaks these terms and ends your access.

6. We log requests

Every request is logged: IP address, user agent, timestamp, and what was requested. We keep those logs. See our Privacy Policy.

7. If our data is taken

We ask once, in writing, for it to stop or to be credited. That settles most of it. When it does not, we pursue the remedies available to us, including injunctive relief and damages.

8. Accuracy

We publish our sources and dates so you can check our work. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, or current. Markets move and USDA revises.

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, financial, or veterinary advice. Do not make a purchase, sale, or financing decision on our numbers alone.

9. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Blueprint Agriculture LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We update the effective date above when these terms change. Material changes to account terms get an email.

11. Law

Oklahoma law governs. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Oklahoma.
